A safe space to talk

WHAT I can help with

People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by changes in your life or relationships. You might be experiencing grief or loss, struggling with self-esteem, managing stress, or simply feeling that something isn’t quite right. Counselling offers a supportive space to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and better understand yourself.

ONLINE SESSIONS

Online counselling offers the same supportive and confidential space as in-person therapy, but from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions take place via secure video call, allowing you to access support wherever you are. This can be particularly helpful if you have a busy schedule, limited travel options, or simply feel more comfortable speaking from a familiar environment.

Online sessions provide a flexible way to access counselling while still creating a meaningful and focused therapeutic space.

Short term therapy

Not every situation requires long-term counselling. Sometimes we simply need a space to pause, talk things through, and make sense of what’s going on.

Short term therapy can offer focused support around a particular challenge or period in your life. Together we can explore what you're experiencing, develop insight, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.

It can be a helpful way to gain clarity, feel supported, and reconnect with your own sense of direction.

Creative counselling

Not everyone connects through talking alone and that’s okay.

I offer a flexible, creative approach to counselling, where we can explore things in ways that feel more natural to you. This might include:

  • using visual tools or metaphors to understand your thoughts

  • writing things down to make sense of them

  • exploring patterns through imagery or reflection

  • or simply approaching things in a way that feels less rigid and more intuitive

Creative counselling isn’t about being artistic or “good” at anything. It’s about finding different ways to connect with what’s going on inside you.

Sometimes words don’t quite capture how you feel and having other ways to express and explore your experiences can make things clearer and easier to understand.

This approach can be especially helpful if you:

  • struggle to put feelings into words

  • feel overwhelmed or stuck in your thoughts

  • are neurodivergent and find traditional approaches don’t quite fit

I’ll always adapt to you, your pace, your preferences, and what feels most helpful in the moment.
